The Pet Shop

The pet shop is the place to go
To find an animal friend, you know.

You may choose a bowl with a golden fish
Or a little green turtle who lives in a dish.

Perhaps a snake, if you're so inclined
And if your mother doesn't mind.

You might prefer a dog like Wag
Who'll join you in a game of tag.

A cat might be the best of all
To purr and play with a blue yarn ball.
